RPA Automation Developer

A Casablanca based Office is looking for RPA Automation developer which will support entreprise operations, by designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge intelligent automation solutions. This role focuses on scaling digital capabilities by bridging traditional RPA with modern cloud-native workflows and artificial intelligence across various business units.
The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360), a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, and experience integrating AI/Machine Learning models to streamline complex corporate workflows, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and deploy robust bots to automate repetitive, rule-based, and complex business tasks.
• Build modern, cloud-native workflows to connect desktop actions with cloud applications and modern APIs.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end automation architectures that blend RPA, API-driven workflows, and AI.
• Integrate automated solutions with enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs) and third-party applications using API integration tools.
• Implement AI and Machine Learning capabilities to extract, interpret, and process unstructured data from business documents.
• Deploy human-in-the-loop systems and approval paths to assist end-users with real-time operational tasks.
• Manage, schedule, and govern the digital workforce using virtual servers.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production bots to ensure continuous operation.
• Create dynamic reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools to provide operational teams with real-time visibility.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including process design documents and user guides.

Qualifications, Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years of experience in technical automation development, digital transformation, or business technology roles.
