Butler / Personal Assistant

A prestigious VIP residence in Rabat is seeking a highly qualified Butler/Personal Assistant to provide personalized support in an international and fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible, adaptable, and capable of managing daily tasks, coordinating schedules, and accompanying the VIP on frequent domestic and international travel.

Key duties include maintaining high service standards, communicating professionally with the resident(s) and service providers, caring for antiques, fine furniture, artwork, silverware, and collectibles, and safeguarding special representational items.

The role also involves ensuring that tableware and kitchenware remain in excellent condition, overseeing deep cleaning of the kitchen and appliances, performing basic maintenance throughout the residence, and keeping an updated shopping list for smooth daily operations.

Key criteria include openness to candidates with either single or dual citizenship; however, candidates with dual citizenship (such as Moroccan/Spanish) will be eligible for a higher remuneration package.

Additional requirements include fluency in English, French, and Spanish; strong presentation skills; flexibility to meet residence needs (including Sunday work with a compensatory day off); and proficiency in standard office software.

The desired personality traits include open‑mindedness, dependability, social skills, attention to detail, quick learning, and compassion for animals.

Minimum qualifications include completion of secondary school, a diploma from a hotel and management school, at least three years of experience as a Butler in a private residence or 4‑star hotel, and legal proof of work eligibility for non‑Moroccans.
